$76 Million Incline Village Home Could Break Sales Records for Tahoe

Incline Village is without a doubt, host to some of the world's most stunning properties. Lakeshore Boulveard, also known as "Billionaire's Row" boasts some of the priciest real estate in the Tahoe region. Now, a new listing for sale in the area could set all-time sales records.

The property built originally by casino tycoon, Steve Wynn and known as "Old Forge" boasts a price tag of a whopping $76 million! The 5 acre listing features a 7 bedroom home situated on some of the most breathtaking private beach land in the area. The home has more than 12,000 square feet with a 1,500 sf guest house and a private pier.

Listing agent, Christine Perry said:

We have so many stunning homes in Incline, but when I walked through the front door of this home for the first time and looked out at the lake from the deck, I could hardly catch my breath. It feels like you are walking into another world when you come through that door.

The home last sold in 2017 for $31 million, but a host of upgrades, plus a surge in property values has seen a more that doubling in current price. At the moment, the largest single property transaction in Tahoe came in 2013 at Zephyr Cover, with a price of $48 million.

A sale of this magnitude could truly be a record-shattering event.

Perry added:

Properties like this are generational and rarely become available. Someone who is familiar with this area of Lake Tahoe will understand that the privacy, prestige and endless possibilities offered by this type of estate may not become available again for another 10 or 20 years.
