Maurice Raffoul, 43, of Salt Lake City has been in the Salt Lake County Metro Jail since mid-November on multiple charges of violating civil stalking injunctions and following extensive 2News investigations. On Friday Salt Lake County prosecutors charged Raffoul with witness tampering, a third-degree felony for a letter he sent from jail to a witness in one of his cases.
