QUINCY — A Quincy man already in the Adams County Jail facing a charge of attempted first-degree murder picked up another felony the day after he was arrested. Thomas Delcour, 34, appeared with public defender John Citro in Adams County Circuit Court on Monday morning before Circuit Judge Zach Boren. Delcour has been charged with aggravated battery of a peace officer, a Class 2 felony.
