Vincennes man to plead guilty in domestic case
VINCENNES, Ind. (WTHI) - James Finley was in court on Wednesday morning for a change of plea hearing in the shooting of his step-father. Finley is facing a felony charge of domestic battery with a deadly weapon. This comes following an incident in December of 2022, when Finley shot his step-father, Stephin Flowers, in the leg. The two were arguing about the treatment of a family pet.
