JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind. — Jeffersonville Mayor Mike Moore announced Wednesday that the city is considering establishing its own ambulance and EMS service. Terri Lynn’s Catering by Design is pivoting, and here’s the text from the Facebook announcement. I have made the difficult decision to once again, pivot our business. We need to re-focus on the core of our business, which is catering. Effective immediately, the Cafe will be closed. We will no longer offer café lunch service but WILL CONTINUE to run our catering operation at 133 East Market Street in New Albany. Catering pick ups will still be available from our current location and catering deliveries will be offered with set times.

Crews widen flood wall opening as part of ongoing construction project in Clarksville
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) -- As work continues on Riverside Drive, officials for the town of Clarksville provided an update Tuesday on the $4.5 million project. Crews are widening the flood wall opening on Main Street. Leaders said they had to order a $1.5 million 54-foot-wide steel flood gate for the project, which is scheduled to be installed sometime Monday morning using a large crane.
