ADAMS CENTER, New York (WWNY) - State police say three people were rushed to hospitals after a crash between a car and a motorcycle in Adams Center Thursday afternoon. The National Weather Service issued a report at 11:40 a.m. on Tuesday for strong thunderstorms until 3:30 p.m. for Cayuga and Oswego counties. "Scattered thunderstorms will develop this afternoon ahead of a slow moving cold front. Some of the storms could be marginally strong with localized heavy rain and wind gusts to 45 mph. This low probability risk will end this evening," states the weather service.
