Volunteers needed for mass casualty incident exercise next week
Telluride Regional Airport is looking for volunteers to play victims in a mass casualty incident exercise next week. “The purpose is to test our emergency response in the event there is an aircraft accident,” said Telluride Regional Airport Manager Kenneth Maenpa. “We are asking for support from the community.”

RV park outside of Norwood given thumbs up
The first recreational vehicle (RV) park in San Miguel County is coming to Norwood. The park will be located about one mile east of the Town of Norwood and adjacent to the cemetery off Highway 145 on a 39-acre parcel owned by Demian Brooks.
