Man sentenced for conspiracy to make straw purchases of firearms
EAST STROUDSBURG, MONROE CO. (WOLF) — An East Stroudsburg man was sentenced to prison for conspiracy to make false statements in regards to firearm purchases. According to the United States Attorney's Office, Windall Mitchell,34, was sentenced to 30 months in prison on the charge of conspiracy to make false statements in connection with the purchases of multiple firearms from federally licensed firearms dealers.
