Rescuer reunites with rescuee
Do you remember a Letter to the Editor we received about a dog named Buck? Well, Buck is recovering and he was recently reunited with the man who rescued him, Chester Duncan from Darden, Tenn. Buck was hit by a car, badly injured and discarded, left for dead by the people who hit him. Benny Carver, Buck’s owner, brought Buck by to see Chester for the first time since the incident. Buck was very excited to see Chester again. He is still recovering from his amputation and other injuries but is making progress.

Search for missing man continues, family recounts disappearance
DECATUR COUNTY, Tenn. — 42-year-old Terry Wayne Jackson has been missing since March 27th. We spoke with his family who told us that they just want to find him. “That’s the day that I was told that he was last seen. I did not find out that he was missing until about a week and a half– two weeks ago,” said Samantha Higby, Jackson’s Sister.
Arrest made in connection to armed robbery in Henderson
HENDERSON, Tenn. — One suspect has been arrested in connection to a robbery that took place on April 19 at a breakfast shop in Chester County. At around 5:20 a.m. last Friday, the Henderson Police Department responded to a call about a robbery that took place at U.S. Donuts on 665 East Main Street.
