HARTLAND — A Windsor man was apprehended late Sunday evening after a routine traffic stop revealed he was wanted in New Hampshire. Vermont State Police arrested Andrew L. Snide, 43, near 148 US Rte 5 after officers conducted a traffic stop at approximately 9:08 p.m. for a vehicle violation.

May Day dance party held in Hartland
Saturday, May 4 at 7 p.m.—HARTLAND—The Moonlighters Big Band and Hartland Council of the Arts will host a dance party at Damon Hall, 1 Quechee Road, Hartland. Amy and Jamie Orr, professional dance instructors, are providing an hour of dance lessons beginning at 7 p.m., music at 8 p.m. The instruction is included in the price of admission, which is $15 for music listening only, $20 for dance participants. 2:32 a.m. — Ninety people arrested, Hanover Police announces. At 1:30 a.m., the Hanover Police Department announced that 90 people were arrested during the protests. Individuals were arrested for “multiple offenses” — including criminal trespass and resisting arrest — and included both Dartmouth students and non-Dartmouth students, according to the media release.
