New non-profit honors Johnstown K9 killed on duty by providing support to area K9 units
JOHNSTOWN, Pa. (WJAC) — A new non-profit was just formed in Cambria County that is aimed at supporting K9 units in Cambria County. "K9 Titan's Watch Foundation" was formed in memory of Johnstown police department K9 officer Titan who died in the line of duty in November of 2020.
