GRAND FORKS, N.D. (Valley News Live) - The Grand Forks Police Department says they are holding property for a number of people in hopes of returning it to the rightful owners. If the property isn’t claimed by 4:30 p.m. on May 24, it will be deemed abandoned and disposed of.
