It takes a team to save a life: nine people recognized by the Red Cross after a life threatening incident at 125 Live
ROCHESTER, Minn. - It took a team to help save a life. In March of 2023- an incident occurred at 125 Live involving a swimmer who experienced a medical emergency. The man who suffered the medical emergency Mark Dieser says, "I was swimming in the pool as I typically did that time in the morning, a couple times a week and I was doing some exercises getting ready for a swim later in the month and I was pushing it a little bit. Next thing I knew, I woke up in the hospital."

Albert Lea citizens turn in unused and expired prescription medication
(ABC 6 News) – On Saturday, citizens of Albert Lea were able to safely get rid of their unused and expired prescription drugs. This is because Saturday was National Prescription Drug Take Back Day, a twice yearly event sponsored by the Drug Enforcement Administration to encourage people to turn in unused or expired medication for safe disposal.
