Amber Alert in Red Lake: Child torture charges dismissed against mother
TODD COUNTY, Minn. (FOX 9) - Prosecutors dismissed child abuse charges against a mother who was the subject of an Amber Alert out of Red Lake. Law enforcement issued an Amber Alert on March 15 and later stopped 35-year-old Jennifer Marie Stately on Highway 71 in Todd County. The criminal complaint said her child was in the backseat and appeared to be in rough shape with wounds over much of his body.

The Swanville Bulldogs softball team ran on the field and celebrated after a 10-4 come-from-behind win against the Browerville-Grey Eagle Tigers Thursday, April 18. As residents at Upsala Senior Living can’t always make it to the local library, the Friends of the Upsala Public Library decided to bring the world of books to them. Charges in Todd County Amber Alert dismissed
LONG PRAIRIE, Minn. — The Todd County Attorney's Office dismissed all charges connected to an Amber Alert in northern Minnesota's Red Lake Tribal Nation last month. Jennifer Stately, 35, was charged with four felony charges, including: third-degree assault of a victim under 4; child torture; malicious punishment of a child; and child neglect resulting in substantial harm.
