GREENVILLE, N.C. (WITN) - A man accused by police here in the east in 2021 of impregnating a 13-year-old girl has been captured in Puerto Rico. Greenville police say that Deshawn Oliver, 29, of Havelock, was arrested on May 8th in Aguidilla, Puerto Rico by special agents in the FBI San Juan Field Office.
