The former Podnuh’s Bar-B-Que location on South Sherwood Forest Boulevard has been sold for $850,000 to a group that plans to turn it into an Asian noodle restaurant. The building at 2648 S. Sherwood Forest was sold Thursday, said Troy Daigle of Jarreau Real Estate, who represented the seller. Podnuh’s closed the restaurant last week after more than 30 years because of declining business, he said. The Podnuh’s restaurant on Florida Boulevard is still open.
