Large portion of downtown Dothan street closed this weekend
DOTHAN, Ala (WDHN) — North Saint Andrews Street, from East Main Street to Troy Street, will be closed on Sunday, May 5. The closure is due to crews with the Dothan Utilities Water Department performing valve maintenance and installing a new water tap in the 100 block of North Andrews Street.

Wiregrass internet service provider employees’ granted a temporary contract extension; strike is still possible
DOTHAN, Ala. (WDHN) — The temporary contract for communication workers of a Wiregrass internet provider has been extended but a strike is not out of the question. The local CWA union of Brightspeed workers met with corporate for two days last week in efforts to get more of a fair contract — yet they had their temporary contract extended.
2024 Future Masters field announced, Tiger Woods’ son to compete
DOTHAN, Ala. (WTVY) - The 75th annual Press Thornton Future Masters has announced who will be taking to the green this summer. Players ranging in age from under ten to 18 will travel to Dothan from all over the country to play in the tournament in June. Among them are Dothan native Wiley Alford (12), Douglas Lee, 13, from Dothan, and Parker Trawick, 15, from Enterprise.
SARCOA celebrates annual Older Americans Day
