ROGERS, Ark. — A man and a woman were arrested in Rogers on April 24 after allegedly leading multiple law enforcement agencies on a high-speed chase in Northwest Arkansas. Justin Lee Larson was arrested and booked into the Benton County Jail for residential burglary, theft of property, contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile, robbery, fleeing, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
