LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Over 20,000 people are without power as severe weather moved through Arkansas on Friday. The state is currently seeing heavy rain with a handful of counties under a severe thunderstorm warning. The storms impacted several areas like Miller, Clark and Pike counties, leaving thousands powerless.
