17-year-old girl shot after man followed her, police say
A 17-year-old girl was shot in the hand after asking a man to leave her and her friends alone Saturday night in west Baltimore. According to police, officers responded to the 2100 block of West North Avenue for a report of a shooting. A preliminary investigation revealed that a man began speaking to the 17-year-old victim while inside a business on that block.
