Going to voters: New Philadelphia Schools to put bond issue on ballot for new buildings
New Philadelphia City Schools will be putting a 5.9-mill bond issue on the ballot to build new schools. Officials say the infrastructure in the current buildings is crumbling. Plans call for construction of an elementary school on the south side of New Philadelphia and a new middle/high school in a yet-to-be-determined location.
