Driver and dog escape unharmed from semi-truck fire on North Harborgate Street

PORTLAND, Ore. (KATU) —
A scary scene Monday morning as a cab of a semi-truck was on fire in north Portland.

Fire crews were dispatched at 6:45 a.m. on the report of a vehicle fire in the 9300 block of North Harborgate Street.
KATU viewer Richard Acevedo says the driver and a dog were able to escape the flames.
Portland Fire responded and were able to extinguish the flames.
