SR 51, Loop 202 ramps reopen after semi-truck fire on I-10 in Phoenix

PHOENIX (3TV/CBS 5) — A semi-truck fire on Sunday morning had closed off access to a freeway interchange in Phoenix but has reopened around 10:40 a.m.

The fire happened around 5:30 a.m. on westbound Interstate 10, at the State Route 51 north and Loop 202 east interchange. The flames have since been extinguished and the debris cleared, and the Arizona Department of Public Safety has reopened the ramp.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
