A large fire in Effingham County on Sunday caused significant damage to someone's property.
According to the Effingham County Sheriff's Office, the fire broke out early Sunday afternoon at a large shed on Kolic Helmey Road.
The Sheriff's Office closed off Kolic Helmey Road from Highway 30 to Winnai Lane for a little more than an hour while crews worked to put out the fire.
The shed ended up burning to the ground. We're told a large boat and vehicle were also destroyed in the fire.
ECSO said no one was injured or displaced by the blaze.
