A vehicle fire on northbound Interstate 5 in Sacramento on Wednesday has slowed traffic in the area, according to the fire department.The fire started around 1:30 p.m. on I-5, just after the transition to northbound Highway 99. Sacramento fire officials said the semi-trailer is on the right-hand shoulder. No other details were released. Stay with KCRA 3 for the latest.

A vehicle fire on northbound Interstate 5 in Sacramento on Wednesday has slowed traffic in the area, according to the fire department.
