Crews respond to Newfield truck fire

NEWFIELD, N.Y. (WHCU) — Fast action by firefighters in Newfield.

Authorities responded to a burning truck on Route 13 around 11:30 AM today. The Tompkins County Sheriff’s Office tells WHCU no one was injured. The cause remains under investigation. 

In related news, a recent garage fire in Cortland was ruled accidental.
