A structure was completely involved in flames early Tuesday evening as a fire began to spread in the Sparks-Glencoe area, SkyTeam 11 reported.Baltimore County firefighters said they responded to a barn fire just before 5 p.m. at the 16400 block of Cedar Grove Road.Arriving crews encountered heavy fire coming from the barn, as well as a camper and antique vehicle involved.Crews quickly requested a tanker striker team to respond to in order to establish a water supply system to shuttle in water to fight the fire.Baltimore County fire Lt. Travis Francis told 11 News that the fire was placed under control around 5:13 p.m.No injuries were reported. Four alpacas were also observed outside of the barn, apparently unharmed.A cause remains under investigation.
