MEMPHIS, Tenn. - A body was found in a burning car early Friday morning, according to the Memphis Police Department (MPD).Â
MPD said a car was burning found on Farrisview Boulevard around 5:00 a.m.

That's right off of I-240, near the Lamar Avenue exit.Â
After the fire was put out, officers found a body inside the car, MPD said.Â
No information about the deceased, or a cause of death, has been released at this time. Â
