Two people were found dead Wednesday in the Westlake area of Los Angeles, and an investigation was underway.
The bodies were discovered about 7:30 a.m. in the 1300 block of West Second Street, according to the Los Angeles police and fire departments.
Paramedics were sent to the location on a report of a "medical emergency," the LAFD reported. Information was not immediately available on the identities of the two people or on their cause of death.
No other patients were treated at the scene, the LAFD reported.
