SUNLAND (CNS) - An big rig crashed over an embankment off the Foothill (210) Freeway in Sunland Monday, leaving the driver in grave condition.
The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to the eastbound 210 Freeway east of Sunland Boulevard at 2:41 p.m. Arriving crews found an overturned big rig that went down an embankment and into a mountainside, with the occupant unresponsive and in grave condition, according to LAFD spokesman Brian Humphrey.
It was unclear what caused the truck to go off the freeway.
