CINCINNATI — Families of people who said they were impacted by the actions of a Cincinnati spine doctor gathered for a rally in Downtown Cincinnati on Wednesday. Dr. Abubakar Atiq Durrani was a prominent Cincinnati spine doctor who was charged with health care fraud in 2013. That same year, he fled the country to Pakistan after the federal charges were filed.
