1 person dead after fire breaks out at mobile home in Escambia County RV park

ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Fla. -- One person is dead after a fire broke out at a mobile home in an Escambia County RV park Sunday morning.

The fire happened at approximately 7:51 a.m. at the Dubuisson Park on the 4300-block of west Jackson Street.
According to Escambia County Fire Rescue, firefighters arrived on scene five minutes after the initial call came into 911.
Firefighters say they saw active smoke and flames coming from one of the RVs.
According to rescue crew members, one person died during the incident.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation at this time.
