Traffic was moving slowly Tuesday on Interstate 20 in Hinds County after a semitrailer caught fire.The truck trailer of the 18-wheeler was engulfed in flames in the eastbound lanes at about 6:30 a.m. near Norrell Road in Clinton, according to the Mississippi Highway Patrol.The Clinton Fire Department responded and was still working on the fire about an hour later. As of about 7:30 a.m., one lane of traffic was open, but traffic was backed up. There could be additional closures throughout the morning as crews work to clear the scene.Authorities haven’t said what sparked the fire or what the truck was hauling.
