CAL FIRE Butte County said they've knocked down the fire and are mopping-up.
CHICO, Calif. 3:09 P.M. UPDATEÂ - CAL FIRE Butte County and other agencies are at the scene of a commercial vehicle and RV fire on Highway 32 in the area of Rash Lane in Chico.
CAL FIRE said when units arrived on scene they found a fully involved RV and moving truck trailer fire.
Crews have since knocked down the fire. Some nearby structures were threatened, but the threat has been mitigated, according to CAL FIRE.
CAL FIRE said crews will remain on scene for a couple of hours to conduct mop-up.
There have been no reported injuries and the cause of the fire is under investigation. The call came in around 1:25 p.m.
CAL FIRE named the fire the Rash Incident.
