A car fire that closed Interstate 95 North to the Route 8 North ramp in Bridgeport on Wednesday morning has cleared.
According to CT Roads, the highway was closed at exit 27A on I-95 northbound. The highway is now fully open.
Large flames could be seen coming out of the vehicle. Fire crews have since extinguished the fire.
It's unclear if anyone was injured.
