18-wheeler catches on fire in N Austin, causes delays

AUSTIN, Texas — An 18-wheeler caught on fire in north Austin Thursday morning, causing delays for drivers.

It happened at 10:07 a.m. on Rutland Drive just east of Burnet Road, according to the Austin Transportation Department. Rutland Drive was partially blocked because of the fire.
